LPAT hearings will begin November 9, 2020

Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT, formerly known as OMB)

has booked November 9,10,12-30 weekdays, till December 4th for the hearing.

Action Champlain's lawyer has advised that ´´The Tribunal and the parties agree that the hearing will proceed by videoconference but with the necessary accommodations to allow the participation of the public and the participants. Details are yet to be confirmed by the Tribunal, but here are the highlights.
